Great product but why does this method require cutting and weeding? I thought your transfers were different because they do not require cutting and weeding. The Forever Flex-soft laser printed transfer do not require cutting and weeding. Please explain the differences between these two methods. I like both and keen to add them to my business.
Hello Talents Apparel, the Subli-Flex 202 is a sublimation to cotton transfer media, whereas the Flex-Soft (No-Cut) is a laser transfer media. You can not compare those, as with Flex-Soft (No-Cut) you can only print single colors (like with HTV) and Subli-Flex 202 has the wash resistance of HTV but is a multi color solution for cotton textiles. It works best with Vectors, Letters and Photographs. I hope that helps.

Is there a non-cut version? It would be the holy grail! But it would be great to just print and not have to shave ... shaving is very slow and tired but this result is great .. I love it.

I have done several shirts using Forever Subli Flex no cut 202 and none of them stayed on the fabric after the FIRST wash despite the claim that the transfer should withstand up to 50 washes. I have had zero luck and I am frustrated as I've watched all the tutorials and wasted product. Not happy at all with this product.

Hello, I have just tried out subliflex 202 for the first time but after pressing it for 15 seconds the first time and letting it cool down I had problems peeling off the foil because the actual motive wouldn’t fully stick to my T-shirt. I used the recommended heat settings but perhaps the pressure was too much? It would be great if someone could tell me how I can prevent this. Thank you

In theory, if you have a sublimation printer and a plotter like the Roland Camm-1 SERVO and the Virtuoso SAWGRASS printer, then you can use the product above. You will need to make sure that the plotter can cut around the already printed design. If the Roland CutStudio Software can do this without any issues, then you are on the path to success!

Seems kind of pointless doesn't it? You might as well just be printing out a heat transfer and skipping the sublimation part of it. Unless you don't have a sub printer.

Why copy paper? Couldn’t you use Butcher paper?

Dear Eddie. It depends the design. The bigger the areas are, the more it feels like soft plastic. you cannot compare it with normal plastic. I am sure you will love the result. Ask your dealer for some samples to see.

Hi, we have new virtuoso printer for sublimation A3/A3+. How can we use this kind of transfer? We don't have the Plotter+Printer showed in this video. Please make a video tutorial for peoples does not have this instruments showed in this video. We are very interested in buying this product if we can use it correctly. Thank you
To use this product correctly, you will need to have a sublimation printer and a plotter. This is the standard process for Flex or Vinyl printing.
I wave virtuoso printer A3,A3+ and Roland Camm1-servo GX24. Could I use this transfer?
In theory, if you have a sublimation printer and a plotter like the Roland Camm-1 SERVO and the Virtuoso SAWGRASS printer, then you can use the product above. You will need to make sure that the plotter can cut around the already printed design. If the Roland CutStudio Software can do this without any issues, then you are on the path to success!
If you have a sublimation printer and a plotter which can cut around an image which is already printed, then yes, the Subli-Flex 202 media will work.

Seems kind of pointless doesn't it? You might as well just be printing out a heat transfer and skipping the sublimation part of it. Unless you don't have a sub printer.

How to set up the design and how to get the white print

the design is set up with an cut path for the plotter.
The white isn't printed. It's the unprinted foil.

Regarding the Cobra inks, their website states, "the number 1 supplier of Sublimation, Pigment, and Dye based ink" - sublimation inks are required for the Subli-Flex 202 media to work, if the ink from Cobra is sublimation ink, then Subli-Flex 202 will work.
