I tried both with or without the thing. Having this peace of plastic makes so big difference to me - better fixation, no pressure points from the lacing. Not a hassle at all to install if your hands grow from the correct place.

Why don’t you install this in the factory? This is too much of a hassle.

It takes 5 seconds to take it out and like 45 to put them in. Install in the factory and if people don’t want them make them take it out.

I love my boots, but they should really come out the box with this already fitted.
