I was able to match the time underwater holding my breath (I’ve been a scuba diver for 8 years) but to be held down and exerting yourself would speed up your heart rate and make it much harder to last. Especially if you didn’t think the person would let you go and you had to fight. Love the show. This scene is fucking wild lol
