More Trivia : DOOM's Barrel Explosion is also sampled in Smashing Pumpkins "Where Boys Fear to Tread" off Mellon Collie in 1995 , same year as this Rammstein Song. Yup, video game sound FXs samples... those were the 90s.

I went on this tour (the Manchester, England concert, 1st March 2012, a day I'll never forget) not knowing many of their songs. I knew Du Hast, Dalai Lama, Rammleid, Frülihg in Paris and a few others. I didn't know Sonne. They opened with that and it blew me away.
They walked down the staircase next to where my seat was. It was incredible. I was immediately converted.
There is no band to watch live that beat Rammstein. The end.

Hertzalied (their first album) is still my favorite Rammstein album. If you don't know how to say their name before you hear the album you will by the end as this song and their namesake song are both on this album. Du Riescht So Gut is my all time favorite song of theirs. If you haven't hear that one, you need it in your life

in his 'private life' Till is a well trained and registered pyrotechnician and so the band is allowed to do and show all the fire stuff werever they want to.
My veterinarian uses that same light when she does dental work on horses. Very small led, as you can see by the wire.

This song here starts with the firing of the fireworks that the guitarists had tied around their necks. Difficult to see, but it was like that. How disturbed one must be. 😁
Apart from that, it was and is one of the few musically boring songs. Just like "Rammstein". If the special effects weren't there, you can fall asleep.
