How to get white skin ( you'll see results in less than 1 week ) squeeze a tomato and a lemon in a bowl and add some rice flour ( you can add any flour but rice flour is much better and if u use rice flour, you'll see results very quickly but if you use other flour then it's also ok ) then add some coconut oil in it because tomato and lemon can be itchy and trigger your body so add coconut oil so it won't itch or trigger your body. Then mix it all up. ( Now apply this every day on your body but do not apply in your face because if you apply in your face, you can get acne )
Also for clear skin avoid dairy,fast food and like basically food that is fried in oil/is unhealthy. And for dark circles vitamin C also works very well. Also, after applying moisturizer at night Apply a thin layer of Vaseline all over your face. And in the morning cleanse it off. You will be left with soft skin if you do these things consistently. The first one doesn’t work. The only way to get rid or damaged hair js to cut it. It is a very long tedious process to get rid of damage, BUT the mask will keep you hair healthier (which will prevent more breakage) and cover up the breakage.

Just apply that mask and leave it for 15-20 mins and wash ur hair in cold water or Luke warm water
