Dr. Sklar I really believe in what you say I think that you are one of the few honest doctors thinking for the best of their patients as I believe in your great professionalism. I have a question I had ivf and I have 3 considered good embryos. Not the highest ranking but let’s say a bit below and I wonder if I should transfer 1 or 2. From my initial conversation with the doctor, my boyfriend passed from whom are the embryos. My doctor said that due to the fact that I’ll be on my own he recommends to transfer 1 for the moment. But I think that maybe he believes that this is better for the financial aspect. But I have the support and of my parents. I haven’t spoken about this matter again with him but do you think that it’s better to transfer 2, because I’m assuming that at least one should attach or that would be creating risk for complications of the kids if both attach? I’m not scared to have twins, the only thing and aspect that concerned me is the health of potential twins. Do you think that the risk is big, because I’m hearing that from different doctors, but I don’t believe that they are saying that with pure intentions.

Also what part of the cycle should a woman start counting from and taking supplements? First day of cycle or later?
A minimum of 90 days. Start as soon as you can.

There are loads of videos on this topic in UA-cam but I'm pretty sure there's a video on this channel on the topic. Have you researched NMN? If not look into liposomal nmn, and maybe try some evening primrose supplements. The NMN helps to repair DNA, so it's a great supplement even though it's expensive. Good luck.

That is why I don't want to do IVF it would be my luck I would have quadruplets 🤦🙅😂😂
