Quick question. I have read online that you shouldn't connect the load the load (in this case, the buds) to the TP 4056 while the battery is being charged, which you have done here. Is it safe to do so? Have you had any issues yet or it works fine? Also, do the buds cut off when they're fully charged while the case is also being charged?

How do you know the positive and negative position on the earbuds?
You'll have to try to find something online or just try both ways of polarities. Usually reverse polarity doesn't kill the buds instantly

Can I use my normal android charger and connect it to the bud by cutting the mini usb by connecting wire in the bud directly. Will it blow up the bud?

Yeah, there are two pairs of pogo pins, two positive and two negative leads.
You jus have to merge postives and negatives together

Shit those are some expensive buds. If it has 3 contact points it'll be a trickier to make.

See if you know anyone else who has thr same buds and tell you the polarity.

Just amazing 👌👌, I have one tws but it's circuit is not charging my earbuds, should I change it's circuit and use modules like yours,does every earbuds need 5 vatt to charge, I tried with 4056 circuit board to charge earbuds but it was slow and only to 70 percent
Along with 4056 battery circuit you also need a step up board which converts the voltage to 5V

I have one pair of QSR earbuds bought back in 2016 or something. I still don't if I need to put the buds in their port and connect the port to a charger or without charger also the buds get charged. Help me man...the buds get discharged in less than 3hrs...
if they get discharged within 3 hours then the battery in the buds are gone

Doesn't matter actually either ways buds will get charged in a similar way.

Thanks for the video... I'm an engineer (retired) and have worked with quite a few Indians over the years... Your English was fairly understandable, unlike many of the Indians that I have worked with... It was not uncommon for us to have to get one Indian whose accent we could understand to translate for us the Indians whose accent we could not understand even though they were supposedly speaking English...
I have never found those pins locally either and end up just ordering them on eBay from China. When I order them though, I order quite a few more than I think that I will ever need since they are pretty cheap in bulk... The only problem is that by the time I need them again, I've forgotten where I put them... :(
I have a pair of earbugs that I need to make a charger for because the old charger slipped out of my jacket's pocket when I was riding my Harley and ended up getting run over by a car before I could turn back around and retrieve it... To say the least, there wasn't anything recognizable after that... :(
Instead of using an old cell phone battery, I'm more inclined to use an 18650 battery since I have a few of them around from old laptop battery packs... These batteries are also used in the power banks that are sold on eBay that do not come with a battery installed in them...
The one issue that I have with the Tozo earbuds though is that I don't know which of the contacts are positive and which are negative... I don't want to have to break the case open and see which contact is soldered to which pole of the battery... My old eyes don't really want to cooperate with electronic microsurgery these days anyway...
