Reasons to donate Union Pacific FEF locomotives to Portland, and Restore 814 and 835

While I was Watching Steam Over Tennessee Pass In the Royal George River In Colorado before the Mainline was abandoned in 1997, and I was looking into donating sister FEF 4-8-4 Locomotives and Restore Sister Engines
814 and 835 to get them running again and make UP FEF Double Header Excursions all across The Union Pacific Mainline and the Portland & Western Shortline and Branchline railroads from the Tualatin Valley to Southern Oregon in Roseburg and Medford.
