Elfsborg was way better this game, even after you subbed on your actual players. Funny to see Mats Hummels, within the process of a few months went from playing in a champions league final to losing in little Borås Arena.
The artificial pitch is because of the weather in Norway not being able to nurture a real pitch. So if you are playing Europa league there are going to be more of these second tier Europe leagues that are smaller scandi countries, Swiss, Russian, Ukrainian, where UEFA throws those leagues a bone and lets them in the tournament. You probably will never face these in first rounds of CL because the bigger leagues are in more temperate climates and can grow grass. My theory.
Roma tried to play fancy Football and it doesnt work like that every team has their own culture. Roma is known for grinta for running for fighting and We cant be playing fancy. And Soulé was so disappointing

Don't you tell me that Baldanzi's movement was not natural or his body was unnaturally large. The rules are clear. This penalty was a joke!
No no no you have it all wrong, as long as the ball is touched by the hand and the hand is not touching his torso (which he clearly isn't I don't know what the f*ck his hand is doing all the way out there) it's a handball offense. The referee did his job so now there's nothing to do about it so stop complaining.
Roma is done. This team is doomed. They can try any coach on the planet but it wont work. Its back to where they were before joses arrival and that is the graveyard.

This team isn’t qualifying for UCL. It’s a poorly constructed team and we need to stop making excuses.
