Nice stuff, im just getting into racing myself with the hyper ss truggy. Looking forward to your content, might even bump into you down at herts 1 day 👍🏾
Don't no if your get this message but b4 you put that doff in you need to push the pinion gear in from the back and then put the drive shaft coupling on and tighten the grub screw,if you do not what happens is that if you assemble it all then put the drive shaft cup on you actually push the pinion shaft back onto the diff and you will always have movement back and forward on the mesh, hope this will help
Believe it or not, there are uses to having less droop. Seems counter-intuitive and my first instinct on the matter was "more travel is always better for off-road". Limiting the droop can help with limiting roll in corners. Maybe you already know this but want more droop in this situation because perhaps it's a matter of that car being old enough to predate modern tracks with enormous jumps -- that is, if it has less travel than modern day 1/8 buggies.

Thanks bro I made sure to do that good tip though👊🏻👊🏻
Just bought a new chassis for mine, £18 unused, the chassis was already chamfered from the factory where the arms sit.

There's gears inside the diff where they good
That car looks bound up bad, I have been racing for a year. And I would not imagine racing trash. The diff gear looks worn
