*IMPORTANT* in character selection, instead of choosing your character and pressing "X" , you can just press R1 or L1 and it will move to the next slot on your team roster (box above character roster) and then you can choose your next character quicker and once your team has been chosen like that, you can just hold "(square)" to start your fight straight from the character roster menu. (PS5 controls)......Also, to see what characters move do simply click the menu button and go to "explanation of controls", you can see the ki cost, what it does, what it cost, and if its unguardable or nah.

Disagree . 17 and 18 are crazy, not being able to charge ki, but it charges slowly in combat is much better than charging it, believe it or not. In online people won't let you charge , with the androids you can assault your opponent, not letting them charge while your energy is charging.
True, also in my opinion 17 (Super)'s moveset is actually nuts for an aggressive character. He's has a turn around after just 1 square hit and a heavy hit on 2. You can mix up easily with him. Plus him having android barrier and instant sparking on top. His ult is awful sadly.

Android 19 and Gero do have one big tech in their favor, which is that they have False Courage and a powerful grab that steals health and energy, and that means you can punish any light attack with a grab. If you can consistently steal ki off your opponent their options get pretty limited. I prefer the perpetual-energy Androids but the energy drainers can do some nasty work.
@@byronbarrientos8471 wheelo is a charged smash attack monster. A charged smash attack from him takes out almost an entire health bar, and they have super armor. In sparking mode, they're unblockable, and you can go into sparking mode extremely quickly with full power for 3 skill points. So you've got unblockable, super armor smash attacks that do 9k damage and have ridiculously huge hitboxes. Don't knock it till you try it. I've literally never lost a match with wheelo. I rarely use him now since he just feels too broken.
For giant characters you're supposed to press circle instead of square to hit people. Only use square in follow up attacks after your chain. It's supposed to be circle low and square for high attacks, but most characters circle hit high anyways so just use the circle.
I know it’s a lot of work but I certainly would appreciate time stamps for the convenience of directly watching the explanations for certain characters I’m interested in. Something to consider, awesome video regardless
The one thing I’ll say I kinda just skipped to a point in the video is about Guldo at 9mins area. I agree his full power thing is fast but you cannot do paralysis to the full power charge. He only has 4 charges of the blue bar thing and full charge requires 3. Paralysis requires 2. So the only reason you can do paralysis to full power charge is because of the training room mode giving you full 4 skill counters. Just a small little thing but besides that I agreed with guldo.
Great vid, I appreciate the time and effort you put in (going the next level) Hope you don't mind but clarifying on some things: 1. Guldo can't do Paralysis into his Sparking activate skill since he'd need 5 Skill bars, he only has 4 maximum, the same as your Bardock Example (Instant Spark Skill+Saiyan Spirit is 7 bars and the max for anyone is 6) =) 2. Spopovich's Berserker gives a large defensive buff but does not adjust his resistance, so has a different usage than False Courage (ergo he can't armor rush attacks+basic ki blasts after poping this skill) 3. Yajirobe example in sparking is cool but not real sadly, they can recover after being grounded or simply Super Counter you after the first few hits (because of this there is very few real strings in Sparking Zero) 4. Yeah Krillin Ultimate Blast is an unblockable as is Garlic Jr's Deadzone
SLANDER on my boy android 19, he’s got false courage super armor which you were praising on some characters, but the armor helps him so much more because he can’t charge. He has to be so aggressive. Not to mention that his grab that heals him and gives him energy, also REMOVES the opponents sparking mode! You sleeping on my boy. His rush attack also heals him, so if you manage a grab into his rush that’s almost a bar of health back and some ki returned!

I’m still unlocking characters, etc but I took a peek at single battle rankings. There’s a person in the top 10 in the world that’s Goku (early Z) user. That means that you can win with just about anyone for sure.
Android 19 is cracked false courage is a 1 bar hyper armor move. He starts with 3 stocks, heals on grab. As a rush down character android 19 arguably the best.
Nappa may not be good, but i think he's one of only a few characters who get rolling hammer as a step in smash, which lets you mix people very easily with side steps and teleports
Whis is bad based on BP, however, is great at singles just because of the ultra instinct auto dodge when you don’t have any button inputs. Give him another shot for 1v1s
my complaint is that i believe only goku super if you paid for the ultimate upgrade dlc and android 18 are the only two with switchable supers with accessories/outfits, goku gets pole dance and 18 gets an unblockable destructo disc... and considering plenty of past dbz games had sick moves why theres not more switchable ones. Like Kid buus warp kamehame ha from budokai 2 was gangster asf and id love to replace over the one he has.
Fought my little brother for a few hours straight and he never changed his team from cell and gogeta my starter is android 16 followed by master roshi then buff topo now every time I run into a cell I’m confident thanks little brother😂
nahhh alright, calling Zamasu is bad when he's got a decent last-resort heal, afterimage strike, and a damn near hit-scan 10k blast. Playing him with Goku Black (an already great character) also unlocks Fused Zamasu who's also crazy good (you DID put respect on him love that) who also turns to corrupt form (good situational character when you need that big boy power character with more rushes or if your opp just sucks at dealing with damage).
Kukunsa is my babygirl. She has no business being as cheap as she is. 😂 I hope she stays a secret. And I won my first two ranked matches using Trunks. So the Trunks hate made me lol.
Fat janemba is better than slim janemba, he loses a bar of health when you transform, fat janembas ult is a grab you can confirm into from his normals. And he has a full power skill. Also heavy attacks do over half a health bar
Yes but each transformation has unique skill set and abilities, which basically makes them a different character. Even combo strings change depending on the transformation (most change if not all, especially the higher dp’s forms)

You can't do Paralysis into SP fighting Pose on Guldo. Guldo maxes out at 4 skill points. Paralysis Costs 2 and SP fighting pose costs 3.
