Thanos he couldn’t use his pull counter which is his biggest weapon and couldn’t use his reach it was a hard match up for match since Dustin has such good boxing
BruceAeroustile huge difference in power between 145 and 155. Also a lot of guys try brawling with Max. Dustin stayed calm and was landing perfect counters in the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th. The one round he got in trouble was the 3rd because he started to play into Max’s game of trading shots.

Amazing fights, Dustin was killing max due to being at lightweight much longer slowly packing on the weight and power , every fight , slowly , a little more, that power was quite a bit more then max could handle jumping up for his first fight . He need more time to adjust to the weight division and pack on the weight himself

Max looked small for a 55 pounder because he focused on having a healthy weight cut, instead of adding extra muscle and making the weight cut pointless.
Well it takes a long time to add muscle, let alone while also trying to lose fat, and it would also make his future weight cuts to 145 all that much more harder.

I’m one of the idiots who doesn’t like interim titles but I watched the card cause the card looked good on paper and was filled with lots of talent. Not because I wanted to see these place holder belts. The fighters that night were going to perform that way with or without the belts though the belts making both the main events 5 rounds was a pretty nice in the end.
The fights would have been the same with or without the title. Interms are still trash.
