But I have no oscilloscope so how to make this measurement without equipment ?

Smoke.... If the parts smoke, they failed the test. Start over and turn down the voltage.

@2:55...Ch6 grounds the MOSFET, the current thru current resistor will be wrong.

Ground should be together with current shunt ground
