- Hello guys, in this video I'm installing Eibach lowering springs on my Mercedes. I wasn't sure that it was going to workout so well since I have got some bigger and wider aftermarket wheels for my car, OZ racing rims with 245/40/19 in the front and 265/30/19 in the rear. Stock it came with 225/45/18 allaround.
Huge shout out to Memo for letting me use his equipment. Definitely check him up if you find yourself in Sweden.

Tack så mycket bro, grym är du☺️
Well done Visi, I wish I had your knowledge about cars... I would save myself a lot of money😁😁👍👍
You will, after watching my videos 😜
I sure will👍😉
Good job 👏 👏, keep going! 💙
Thank you sis❤️
but why was so low front end in the start ?
Hello, do you mean here pro kit EIB / E10-25-021-02-22 or another Eibach Pro Kit?
What are those wheel specs and do you get any rubbing ? Tryna find perfect wide tire fitment lol
no rubbing in normal cases, but if the road is bumpy and if I have grown passengers in the backseats than yes you can hear it sometimes. as I mentioned in the description these are OZ racing rims with tires 245/40/19 in the front and 265/30/19 in the rear. I think these may be 9x19 in the front and 9.5x19 in the rear (I am not completely sure about that).
Did this have a sport suspension from the factory or not?
I´m not sure but I guess yes, because when I am on sport mode the car becomes much stiffer
Been a while since you uploaded about the CLA, have you done anything else since?
I know mate, I have been busy working on our house and a little bit on the go kart but I will be filming a new video very soon about the Cla stay tuned ✌️
@@esauto1219 nice one. Look forward to it. I also have a CLA so will stay subbed for ideas 👌🏼
Are they doing good after a year ? I want the same for my 2015Cla45
I'm still very happy with the result, nothing has changed 👌
Hey Bro ... how you feel your ride ?? after you install the new springs, on rough roads, do you feel any change on that
Hello! To be honest I haven't felt much deference although I don't drive a lot on rough roads. I think a lot has to do with the wheels and tire profiles så on smaller tires of course you are going to feel more all the imperfections of the roads etc... :)
What size tires do you have
Did you change front and rear bumpers like amg??
no, I think all the facelift models looks like this 😊
Do u need to trim bump stops?
No u don´t need to do that
Can you tell me exactly the time +/- that it takes to make? my mechanic says that it takes at least 5 hours to assemble it 🤦🏽♂️ I honestly don't see it as difficult seeing how you do it.
to be honest I only did the rears in the video and it probably took me about 1,5-2h from start to finish and that is with filming and looking for tools etc. If you have all the tools that you need it should take about 40min ish (for the rear). The front requires a little bit more work but if I had to guess probably 3h should be more than enough for all the work together. Good luck! 👍
Does it ride better or is it a rougher ride?
it is more stable on the road probably because I have wider tires than stock but I feel the difference 👍
Eibach Pro-Kit are confortabile ?
No big difference from stock to be honest
Does this fit on a cla250 4matic?
Yes it has to, and if you have stock wheels on your car I think you can go even lower than 15mm :)
@@esauto1219 oh ok because some other guy says cannot because of the weight of the 4matic...too heavy for that spring
@@jannacino5495 hmm 🤔, I may misunderstood your question, I am not sure if the same springs that I used are going to fit for sure for the Cla-4matic, but I know for fact that there is other springs that should work for your car, H&R have springs for the Cla 45 AMG (it is 4matic as well). 😊
@@esauto1219 i just called the customer service they said it will fit but the springs need to be more stiffer because 4matic is heavier than the cla45 and others.
@@jannacino5495 alright mate thanks for the information :)
25mm? Of 30mm???
actually 15mm, this is my daily driver and with the new wheels I wasn't sure how low I could go. I have to drive through some bumpy roads quite often and this setup has worked perfectly well for me
were the fronts any easy?
to be honest I haven't done the fronts just yet because it is sitting just right with the tires that I have on, when the time comes I will be changing to a lower profile tire and than change the springs
@@esauto1219 i just attempted the fronts on mine. Such a pain. Didnt succeed
@@ahmadriyad07 thank you for replying back, did you have all tools that you needed? It's always good with som extra help ☺
Bro you got wrong bolts fasten way on rear suspension these should bolted on reverse side on each nut
I realised that when I was editing the video 😅 I will change it back. thank you for informing me 👍
0:38 😅
0:44 50mm? 😂😂😂 are you sure?must be 30mm not 50mm
the audio was quite bad there but its 15mm
Not even torquing anything to spec..
I just did the same to my car, the bolts were not actually torqued very much whatsoever, the hardest you could tighten by hand are sufficient.
