    wow. ndatenda mukoma. asi shona is diverse heh...I was told "come here" is huya kuno.... forgive me/i'm sorry "ndinehurombo".. "Zita rangu ndi Tendai" -my name is Tendai and Ndinonzi Tendai - I'm Tendai..

      You are very correct, Shona has got many ways to say the same thing. So when we teach we try to stick to one way so that we avoid confusion. But we will do a video where we teach the diverse ways to say the same thing. Thanks.

      It's one of the shona phrases that has contextual meanings. Depending on how you use it it has can mean 'how are you' OR 'are you happy'

    May I please make one suggestion? Can you please pronounce the words slowly too so I can hear the letters and sounds clearly. Many words are a block long and they are very difficult to pronounce. Ndatenda zvikuru 😉

      The closest shona words to what you asked are
      Dede which is baboon in english
      Derere which is okra
      There is no Shona word which is dedede, mayb you mispelt it or something. I hope it helps.
