- Stanserhorn Bahn Cabrio Cable Car and Funicular ride from Stans to the Stanserhorn Mountain in Switzerland offers wonderful views of the wonderful mountains around Lake Lucerne and Central Switzerland.
The eventful journey starts with the old funicular railway from 1893, which runs from Stans to Kälti station. It then continues with the modern cabrio cable car, which went into operation in 2012, via the Bluematt middle station to the 1850 metre Stanserhorn mountain Station.
The journey with the funicular to Kälti takes about 10 minutes and with the cabrio cable car another 10 minutes to the Stanserhorn. The railway will be in operation from 7 April to 26 November 2023.
