Serpent Viper 990E - 1/8 Electric Track
I will try to build this Serpent Viper 990E 1/8 track car this summer.
As seen in the video I got some other baby to use my spartime and... most of the 24 hours on. But I hope to find some spartime left for RC.
But it will take longer time to finish this car now.
Electronics and other parts gone be:
Hobbywing EzRun Max8 G2 160A Brushless ESC
Hobbywing EzRun 4268 G2 Brushless Motor 2500KV
Spur gear is 42T metal (stock is 46T plastic)
Pinion I gone try 22T
Power HD D15 HV SSR 18kg/0.085s servo
2x 2S batteries in series so we have 4S power.
Max speed about 100-110 km/h if the Serpent "rollout-990eV1.1" Excel file is correct.
I will not make a build video. But come back later when I have the kit
finished build or the complete car finished. The later I will start to drive it.
But I dont have a nice 1/8 on-road track near where I live so I have to find
some ok/good asphalt. Clean enough and even enough.
