Hi I love this video!!! Where do you find/get all of your overlays and transitions?
I accumulated a lot of them through the years from various sources but at the moment I use Motion Array for all my overlay and presets needs. There's a Motion Array affiliate link in the description of this video if you're interested.

Mostly from behind the goals so that I can capture the players’ faces as they are running towards me.

I typically only do it inside my project.

I'm pretty sure it was 120fps footage played at 25% speed in a 30fps sequence

When you shoot 120fps for basketball highlights do you edit in 23.976fps for sequence setting?
Yes. That’s how you can do slow motion and speed ramping without losing quality.

Was the highest frame rate of the footage 120fps? Is your timeline 24fps?
Yes the highest frame rate was 120fps but the timeline was 29.97fps.

With more time you could have added sound design.
So the ACTUAL edit might be able to be done but everything else leading up to it consumes the most time that goes into editing.
The point of the video is that it’s all about preparation.

Unfortunately other than organizational tips there is no real info on how to edit! Just you in a highlight video of yourself. I would like details of what you do in premiere pro.
Well, the point of the video was to show that good preparation makes your editing fast and easy. If I had done any detailed editing, there's no way I would have finished in 15 minutes. But if you go through my video editing playlist, you'll find a bunch of videos that go in greater details with editing tips and tutorials.
