This girl is 6'1 at like 12-13 years old, it is not a rare thing for her to be very skinny, specially if she grew up a lot in a very short time. Idk why they are freaking out like if she were an alien, their parents would be the first to be worried if she actually had a serious disorder.
My eldest cousin is 6'2 tall and she has always been a fairly skinny girl. Nowadays at 28 she is not super skinny anymore, but she is still thin. I can see this girl becoming a similarly looking woman.
