Hi Kelly picking up again. My Banjo is tuned cgda........I tried classical strings to retune, They snapped. Is there any way you could do some chords in the cgda setup.. I've got all your strumming patterns I particularly like the island strum . I know it's a long shot but thought I'd ask. Enjoying your videos as always. Cheers

Your bar on the 3rd fret, if you move index finger to C string it's a C chord

Hmmm about the only thing I could suggest would be to switch the c and the g strings and then tune your d up to an e. This would give you gcea.
Kelly, the movable chord shapes is ann area I do not know much about. Can you recommend anything , that can explain that to me?
