whats the best place to see take offs. its not good view from founders plaza ?
There are a limited number of places to view takeoffs at DFW Airport. Founders' Plaza is the best because it is open to the public and it's relatively close to the action. But if the wind is coming from the north, that would be a *bad* day to visit because the aircraft take off from about 2 miles south of Founders' Plaza! The prevailing wind is from the south, though, so on *most* days you'll get a good view from FP.
