    Cooking recipe and ingredients:
    80 gr. (1/2 cup/2.8 ounces) dried cranberries.
    60 gr. (1/3 cup / 2.12 ounces) dried apricots.
    50 gr. (1/4 cup/ 1.8 ounces) dried cherries.
    50gr. (1/4 cup/ 1.8 ounces) prunes.
    Fill with cold water for 15-20 minutes.
    This is necessary to eliminate preservatives and activate beneficial substances.
    120 ml. (1/2 cup/4 fl oz) water.
    20 gr. (0.7 ounces) Instant gelatin.
    Mix.
    Pat dry the dried fruits with a paper towel.
    Cut into pieces.
    Roast 50 gr. (1/3 cup/1.8 ounces) peanuts in a pan.
    50 gr. (1/2 cup/ 1.8 ounces) roasted hazelnuts.
    350 grams (2 ½ cups / 12 ounces) cottage cheese or ricotta.
    100 gr. (1/2 cup/3.5 ounces) natural yogurt.
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
    Add 1.5 tablespoons of blue agave syrup or another sweetener.
    Blend with a mixer.
    Prepare the mold.
    Melt gelatin in the microwave for 25-30 seconds. Gelatin should not boil!
    Mix.
    Add nuts and dried fruits.
    Mix.

    Chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
