i can so relate to this,. I too am looking or another job now as i feel so undervalued and underpaid even though i work hard and have been with the company for almost 2 yrs now. I feel like my skillset are stuck and feel its hard for me to venture to another job in a higher role and a better pay as i dont really feel confident in my skills. Thank you for sharing

I just got fired from Hobby Lobby with a Boss who has power issues. It is a "Christian" company. I am a pastor, they definitely need to review the people they have there. Not Godly people.
