Its rightfully Belongs here and You have freedom to Ignore.....CS isn't just all about competitive. It has many extra game modes including Arms Race, Surf, Flying Scouts Man, 1 v 1, Bhop and Battle royale just another casual mode added to extras..
DZ is a little whacky but there's a small contingency of us who primarily play it over other CSGO game modes. It's so dynamic and interesting once you get good at traveling with bump mines, and it's really fun playing with consistent teammates. Also, you can kill enemies by goomba-stomping their heads from the air. What is not to love about that!?
Love it too, Just think If valve is capable of Making such playble battle royale with limited CSGO mechanics then What they could do if they make a fully dedicated Battle Royale games with Source 2...

Look up "How 7000+ wins actually play DANGER ZONE" to see what the scene is like for high-level players. It's rather interesting and the game looks pretty different for them, almost like another completely different game mode on top of danger zone. They use a lot of bump mines and chain them together in insane ways, it's mind boggling
And, to be honest, very boring, when 25 minutes of video is JUMP JUMP JUMP JUMP JUMP JUMP JUMP JUMP (...) ...jump. I found this very video here being way more interesting than the constant abuse of the mines + slide, ad infinitum.

I remembered this exists, right now would be the best time for this to make a comeback, the amount of movement possible in this mode is insane.
only thing that just makes it funky is how slow the movement is and how it just feels so eerie and empty

I have so much nostalgia for this gaemmode, I didnt really play it anymore for a minute, but I played it a lot in 2018 and 2019. Those were the best times I had in gaming. Me and my friend would play it until 5 am lmao
why did Brazil servers die on danger zone (4 players peak)
What's weirder(or not) is that Valve had an IP that would be more appropriate for the battle royale gamemode...
Team Fortress 2, it's literally goofy aah game, it wouldn't be out of the blue for them to add it there but bcus they have hate boner for Tf2 they added battle royale to CS GO

They need to rework DZ and add it back to CS2, a new gamemode would totally get more people back into the game, too bad valve is a small indie company and probably doesn't have the funds to add in a previous existing gamemode.

Dude, you literaly did not play this game mode, at all. Try to play for a while, and you will understand. Danger Zone is the best thing that hapened to CSGO. Other then banning cheaters, from official servers, the game is very good as it is. Try look for videos from good players, the posibilityes are endless.
I played more danger zone after this video with various friends. I still think it’s not that good, but hey I’m glad some people like it
@@ArrrashLive I have moved from cs1.6 to csgo in 2018, and I started directly with danger zone. I have barely played, any other mode inside csgo. I am truly a danger zone lover, but if you have good teammate, you can have some insane games and ultimately fall in love too :)

I don't think with Cs turtle movement a BR gamemode would work
It's funny to judge something you haven't even tasted (not all, but most of you who not play this mode at all) it's enough just to watch a few clips on YT from players who have 3k/4k/5k+ wins and you'll understand how much we enjoys in this mode...absolute madness for some of us,if nothing else, at least there are many ways to kill cheaters, which is an absolute pleasure...on MM players come out because of cheaters, on DZ mode, cheaters come out because of good players xD ,that's a big difference, chill and see you in the game on DZ mode maybe ;-)

I only found out about this about 3 years after the release. I don't know a single mf that enjoys or regularly plays this gamemode. We get it you tried to get a quick buck Valve. Why didn't you just update the base game that everyone definitely wanted or even do a major update for TF2 instead of this forgetable gamemode.
It’s too slow paced, even with 18 players. It’s so poorly made 😂
I praise valve for trying something different from what other battle royales did at the time

Well yeah, it's csgo but open world basically. It should be slower than other battle royales. That said, you can play it very fast if you're good enough.
more shooters need to bring back that old-school "of course you can have 100 players on this map designed for 16, why not!?"
