Its very simple animation I think. Remind some of really old cartoons before they made fully coherent movement it was just still images with one thing changing. Works so well in this context.
KP definately has my most favorite approach to historical/story telling rap. Otherwise, I always get this sense that he's channeling all these dope ass ryhmes...I can totally picture him starting with a word and channeling that oneness for other puzzle pieces that fit in place and make up a cohesive verse while many have to sacrifice that to fit ryhme schemes together like that. fantastic art to!
