Our auxiliary engine exhaust temperature very high 450 degrees i already calibrate the injector, replace plunger barrel and adjust tappet clearance and changed oil but exhaust temp. Very high..whats the problem?
Check the combustion pressure. Also check fuel specifications and take a sample for analysis to compare it with the fuel specifications recommended for the engine by the manufacturer
what is the condition of the engine while adjusting tappet clearance? what are the preparations before the job? how many months/ running hours for adjustment of tappet clearance?
Thanks for your inquiry.. 😊 The condition is the engine is shut off and cold. No preparation needed, only be sure it won't accidentally run while doing that and use proper tools and take safety precautions. Sure. First.. There is a clearance between the valve bridge and the valves itself, this clearance must be Zero, this done by the screw and the not on the valve bridge.. Second.. There is a clearance between the rocker arm and the pushing rod, this clearance must be Zero, this done by simply press on the rocker arm end so you be sure that it is Zero gap between it and the pushing rod. Finally.. You will end up having gap only between the rocker arm and the valve bridge, you can check for its clearance number (here in this model 0.4 fir intake valves and 0.7 for exhaust ones. Aircooler Fins was clogged up lock of suction air.

Can explain the setting for adjustment screw of bridge valve?
Sure.
First..
There is a clearance between the valve bridge and the valves itself, this clearance must be Zero, this done by the screw and the not on the valve bridge..
Second..
