Oh no...look at that snow.😮 I just finished the soffit and roof trim. 3 corners to attach and the small garage door (once the track arrives) Looks like I beat Old Man Winter.. Nice bench top solution. Thanks for sharing.
@@unclejim2330 the snow plow is on the Polaris Ranger, The Kubota blade is on, I moved a bunch of stuff from the main garage to the shed. My ride now fits in the heated garage. All set for winter (glad it came late) 😎
Nice! 😊 Keep this up and I may have to get a shotgun shell loader machine. I have the roll crimper I bought after U did the HOBO slug video. I just need the improved UJ/SST plastic thingers.
Do you have a 3D printer? As for loader keep an eye out in local ads for a good price on a MEC 600 JR. 👍 A Lee press will work but you can see the difference in action. 😂
@@unclejim2330 Yes Sir! I wish you had seen me so happy when my Mossberg 590 came in. I just double cased out on Winchester universal 12 ga 7 1/5 shot. Clearance back to 2019 price $21.50
That worked good.I saw that Ballistic products trimmer on Bubba Roumdtrees channel, it worked pretty slick. I’ve got a big bag of old paper hull shells that I need to go through. We picked up a new shotty yesterday from a cool new gun store we just found. 👍🏻
I've normally use stacked books and insert a razor blade to whatever page you need. This works well for cutting aluminum cans to make alcohol stoves. It might work for trimming plastic hulls. The trick is not to cut everything at once but just make several revolutions.
Absolutely.Brilliant and and if you want to straighten out your 12 gauge do you like?I didn't go to the goodwill and buy you a curly and iron and pull off the clamp and just slide the chuck and shell up on that and let it heat up and it'll straighten right out
I've been using what you made without a screw in the bottom. It cuts uneven. Guessing a round headed screw in the bottom will index the primer hole for a more consistent and even cut. Also the blade keeps falling out. I am going to cut a slit or drill a hole and glue the blade in place of the slot or hole.
That thing works great. I like the simple ideas too. Think I’m going to make one for small runs of stuff. I watch all the smaller channels too. I watch that guy making 4570 jacketed bullet. He had a great idea to.
No, I’m looking back with great regret. I should have fixed that old shotgun press that I dug out of the garbage. What was I thinking that is a really cool idea. I thought your original idea was pretty dang ingenious, and I think that proves the fact that you’re pretty much the coolest person on earth.
I have brass pipe cut to the length of the hull I want to cut to and use hose cutter driving the blade against the pipe smoothly sanded end. The diameter of the pipe is tight, and it rests on the hull's base front edge so I can grab it better when cutting
I haven’t drilled a hole in mine, and the stupid blade keeps falling out. I think I’m gonna drill a hole and then JB welded in place. Then I think I’m gonna drill in the end like you said and JB weld the nut flush so I can screw a bolt in and out and adjust it.
Not to be a safety sally, You be careful with that Jim, I would hate to see you have a accident and the next thing is we see you in a video with your hand all bandaged up. Peace dude - Dave
YOUR IDEA OF TRIMMING AND TRIMMING UNTIL THEY ARE NO LONGER USEFUL, CAN ALSO APPLY TO PISTOL CALIBERS THAT HAVE SPLIT NECKS DUE TO HEAVY CRIMPING ON SAY 45 LONG COLT OR 44 MAGNUM, JUST REDUCE POWDER, AND YOU CAN STRETCH ITS LIFE..

That'll work fine . I bought a printed trimmer on line for about $10 .
Lame! 💥🔨
It was adjustable for length and and had a built in guard for cheap .@@unclejim2330

Drill a small hole and tap it in , no need for JB. 🤷♀️
