The house is not that tiny if you compare it to the new houses here in England.
Yes.. new builds in the UK are quite small these days, but compared to most of the new builds in our area this house is small. How much does a small house cost in the UK? I'll find out the cost from the site manager. cheers!
@@adventuresinvietnam here in Surrey, a 2 bedroom tiny flat cost around £300,000, at least in my town. Ridiculous! We saw one flat which was so small, the bath was in a cupboard in the hallway, no window.
In Glasgow or Edinburgh, you would pay only slightly less for something similar, but more stylish.
