Hi, I'm from Paraguay. About the dogs situation. Here in South America there really are way too many stray dogs everywhere. And they're so aggressive because most people mistreat them. They attack bicycles and motorcycles too. Sometimes even cars 😅😂

Sad about there being too many, in most parts I didn't have issues, Peru was the worst in my experience. Sadly I never made it to Paraguay so I dont know about things there but hope to make the trip someday to enjoy a Paraguayan Mate, I've heard they are good! Indigenous culture in your country really interests me as well.
