    You managed to make talking about currency fun and entertaining as well as useful! Love this! I about spit my coffee out of my mouth when I heard you say that some places will sell a Pepsi for $15-$30 USD. 😮

      I'm glad to hear that you found the tips in my video helpful. And I agree, Jamaican money is definitely unique and visually appealing with its colorful designs and portraits of national heroes. As for tourist areas, it's important to keep in mind that prices may be higher compared to non-tourist areas, but with some research and planning, you can still find affordable options and make the most of your trip.

    I want to get my hair braided in Montego Bay on James street. Is it safe ?

    • @JustLexiSimple
      @JustLexiSimple  Рік тому +1

      TBH, I have never been on James street, but if it was a referral, then you should be good. Make sure they have reviews and you go with someone if you can. Overall, Mobay is majority safe for tourists, afterall, a lot of tourists walk around the areas and explore.

    • @JustLexiSimple

      Yes, the exchange rate can definitely work in favor of travelers who are exchanging their USD for Jamaican currency! It can be quite a difference in value compared to what they are used to back home.
