You are one of my favorite food cooks on UA-cam. No over the top acting, weird tone inflections, fluff or acting. Just to the point, honest and fun; combined with interesting topics. I struggle with all the fake personalities anymore. Keep up the great work!

The Dollar tree sells a pairing knife that's perfect for avocados. The back of the knife is dull with a curved end. I use the sharp flat front to slice open the avocado and remove the pit, then use the dull curved side to slice up the avocado into pieces with little danger of cutting myself.

Buy “not ready” avocados. Refrigerate and then take out a day before you need to use them. Place in paper bag with apple or banana. Will ripen and be ready to use. Once opened, you can store unused portion in a plastic bag with a half cut onion. Will keep from oxidizing and stay firm for a couple of days.

I don’t typically buy gadgets that are made for one specific thing, but it was so worth the couple $$’s that I spent on it. I’ve used it a ton and I think it was only about $3 at Walmart. It’s also very easy to clean. I would recommend to anyone that eats avocados more than just a couple times a year…like my mother. 😂✌🏻😊

I have a basket of apples on my table so I put the avocados in that to ripen faster.

pre-grated cheese usually has a starch coating, potato is common, so that will help with the final crispy texture. Also, if you add flour, doesn't it make it no longer keto? I know its a small amount, but I thought i read that, but could be wrong.... i am sure someone will correct me in the comments.

Yes, you are right! But there are keto friendly flours- almond flour, coconut flour, casava flour, paleo flour.
