THANK YOU!!! This worked on my 16 yr old daughter. She had 3 fibroids all 3 shrank when she went for follow up doctors appt. Then she used flax seed pills for the heavy bleeding it stop the bleeding within 1 day. The castor oil shrank the fibroids in about 1.5 week.

Morning- No food
12pm: Smoothies (banana, berries, persley, spinach, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, almond milk etc)
4pm: Quinoa with vegetables like fresh onions, mushrooms, purple cabbage, garlic etc.
7pm: Roasted Peanuts
8pm: Golden Tea made by boiling Almond milk, adding turmeric, ginger powder, black pepper and cinnamon powder.
Do this daily and consistently and see that fibroid shrink!

I did it too, and it worked right away. No birth control pills for me either.
You just have to alternate the usage of castor oil - like apply it for 4 days and take 3 days off.

I did this last month and my period started this week. The first day was regular but the second day was extremely painful, I thought I would have to go to the hospital. The fibroids were really breaking up. I wanted to cry, Every night I feel the bulge of my fibroid. It stretched from one ovary to the next. Now I feel a fraction of the size. I just found out that I have one huge fibroid, I'm 37 and I never knew this was a problem for me. The doctor and from all the Articles I've read it seems like most girls bleed excessively, I didn't do that and after I took a Plan B I haven't had my period in 6 months. That's how I found out I have a huge fibroid. I did castor oil two days ago and I started my period today, this works. Plastic wrap will breakdown as xenoestrogens in the body. Not a good idea for fibroid women. Infrared saunas are amazing though.

I used castor oil packs for a few years and fibroid didn't go away. I'm now 24weeks pregnant after trying for a decade and fibroid is almost 7cm. It sucks. It grows during pregnancy due to hormones. wish my Dr had enough concern to remove it years ago. not much I can do now. Just pray it doesn't harm my baby I guess

La La remove all estrogen from your diet and it will shrink, estrogen is the cause. That means removing dairy, meat, wheat, gluten from your diet. Remove toxic chemicals. Use nontoxic makeup, detergents, soaps, etc... eat fruits vegetables, grains like quinoa bread, and pasta. Juice beets, carrots, organic black strap molasses. Dandelion roots are great as well.

Hello! Great video. I had small fibroids in the past, and I had surgery to remove them, but of course they came back. I am still looking to have children, so I am trying to remove them using natural remedies. I will definitely try this remedy. Plus I'm changing my diet as well.
