As for the comments made on depression, in my opinion the only way to successfully get out of a depression that seems to have come out of nowhere with no cause(the reason why I mention this is because some if not most cases of depression have a cause that must be dealt with before one can fully depart from it, and that may be extremely hard) is to get out of that state of mind, maybe meditate and focus on the present, try new things, get active, and make steps towards bettering yourself as a person. As someone who has dealt with depression and DD, and is still struggling, that is the only thing that has actually helped at all. This isn't a be all end all, and it wasn't the end for me once I started making those steps, but it definitely improved everything, and was 100 percent worth it.

I’ve never experienced clinical depression and I’m really lucky that I haven’t. But I agree whole heartedly, people need to research the facts and studies done on an extremely sensitive subject before creating opinions and speaking out about them
