He explains that when the camera goes through the PTZ app there is a delay due to his processing power because the sound and video are being heard on a delay through the app during recording. The delay does not happen when used for meetings in the Microsoft app.
I don't see speakerphone port in the back bottom camera unit. Are there two different types for vc520 pro? One with speakerphone and without speakerphone port?

I'm not sure about that. You would need to inquire with their Support team on that one.

wow quality is supremely trash ... and it costs alot....
