That's amazing to hear! We're thrilled that we could help convince your wife to go on a cruise with you. Thank you for your kind words and for supporting our content. We hope you both have an incredible time on your cruise adventure together! 🚢😄❤
Aren’t Ben & David infectious of all things cruising fun & adventures?? I love them! I love sharing their virtual food!
These guys are responsible for My wife and I booking our 1st ever cruise this December as Ben and David make cruising look like such fun
@@markupham4368 I’m sure you will enjoy every bit of it. Excited for you.
I’d love to share a meal with Ben and David. You guys are so entertaining and your joy is infectious
Currently living for these Hawaii videos - it's so high on my bucket list. The scenery looks incredible, and it looks like you're having SUCH a good time!
Thanks, yeah it was amazing.
Excited to watch yet another amazing Hawai’i vlog. After seeing your first Hawai’i video I jumped on research and am booked on a 13 night Hawai’i and French Polynesia cruise. Even booked excursions to go diving with sharks in Honolulu morning of cruise and helicopter ride with no doors in Maui in addition to SCUBA diving in Maui. There’s others but the point I’m trying to make is thank you for showing me what is possible. And both of you have motivated my mother and I to make the most of the time we have together and go on a number of cruising adventures all around the world. Especially since her husband passed a year ago and major facial reconstructive surgery over 24 hours after her operations to remove cancer on her face; two different times and cancers. You’ve given us new life!! You guys at are awesome. Thanks a million!
My mother & I are like your understudies; like they use for Broadway plays and musicals. Thanks for amazing videos that actually was cause of us planning our own adventure(s). 🕺🏻
Wow, we're truly touched by your message! It's incredible to hear that our videos inspired you to book such an amazing cruise and embark on exciting adventures. We're honored to be a part of your journey and glad that we could bring a sense of possibility and joy into your lives. Cherish the time you have together and create lasting memories. We wish you and your mother incredible experiences on your cruising adventures. Stay strong and keep living life to the fullest! Thank you for your kind words and support. 🚢❤️😊
I saw the volcano erupting at night into the ocean during our cruise! It was amazing!!
You must be feeling distraught like the rest of us about the fires in Maui and the devastation it has caused. RIP to all the lost soles and special thoughts to those who survived, lost loved ones and lost all they have.
I was wondering the same thing…just devastating. Did you see Lahaina?
I'm so happy on Sunday when I know a new video comes out! Ben and Dave, you never disappoint, with your humor, information, and great adventures to watch. ❤😉
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to bring you new videos and bring a smile to your face on Sundays. Your support means the world to us, and we'll continue to bring you more fun, informative, and adventurous content. Stay tuned for more exciting episodes! ❤️😄
@@Cruisewith ❤️👍😉
Ooh volcanoes and chocolate in one day sign me up❤️
Love how you and Steph are on the same trip, but showing us difference experiences. Just shows you cruising can be a different experience for everyone.
I'll have to check hers out, I wish there had been more snorkeling footage in this video but I know they go on lots of cruises so a volcano would be more exciting for them.
My sister lives just outside the entrance to Volcanoes National Park and my niece works at Kilauea Lodge. I’m off to work now, but I will watch the video when I get home. Thanks for all your wonderful content guys! I really love it.
We hope you enjoy the video when you watch it later. Take care and have a great day at work! 🌋🚢😊
Fell in love with your channel recently if I wasn’t a student I’d become a patron. I’m going on sky princess for 2 weeks with my family at the end of august.
Have a great time on Sky Princess
LOL, your remarks about touching “real lava” in the Thurston Lava tube and walking on the cinders. The entire island, every inch of it, is “real lava”. 😂
My mom visited us when we lived there and when she saw the large bare areas in Volcano Park she said “I wonder what it covered”. What it covered was more lava. 😉
Love you guys ! ❣🌈 I would LOVE to see you experience The Haven on NCL Escape for a whole cruise !
Thanks for the upload!
I really enjoy watching your vlogs. You both are actually the first people I had ever followed. Thank you for being so amazing and providing us with such great content and information.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for being a part of our journey! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoy our vlogs and find the content and information valuable. It means a lot to us that we can share our adventures with you and bring a smile to your face. We'll keep working hard to create entertaining and informative content for our amazing community. Thanks again for your support, and happy cruising! 😊🚢
I just love you two. Completely unaffected, always fascinated an curious. Stay as naturally wonderful as you are
Thank you so much!
You all would love my mom's biscuits and gravy. She grew up during the dust bowl era in Oklahoma. They learned to stretch every ounce of food such as meat drippings and grease. Love this series. Been to Hawaii three times in my life. It's a beautiful part of this world. Thank you for sharing!!
I cruised in Hawaii 20 years ago and your vlog brought back many wonderful memories.
On a quest to watch all of the videos!
I love your channel. I’ve been loyal watching since COVID lockdowns. I can’t wait to simplify my life a bit more and travel. ❤Everytime I see your vlogs it reminds me, stuff isn’t important. Memories last forever.
Oh you went to Molokini it is so beautiful! Glad you saw the chickens on Maui!
Ben and David so glad you enjoyed and embraced Aloha in those beautiful islands. Thank you for the tour around the volcano too bc i could never do it, age is not always fun lol.
The landscape & plants just so different then what you would ever see loved your vlogs. Crazy that volcano erupted not long after you left it. Considering this cruise for next year. Thank you both for all your helpful tips!! David's rating on how hard it is to walk in some of these areas vital information for us elders lol
6:14 hahaha bless him ❤
That is in fact biscuits and gravy. That is Southern comfort food that makes my stomach say YES! But what’s with that tomato? I guess it’s healthier than hash browns.
Cereal killer 😂 That’s a wrap 😂 I simply could not possibly love you two more. Thanks for always making this old grandma laugh with every vlog.
Haha, glad we could bring a smile to your face! 😄❤️
You guys are literally the cutest couple ever never stop being you or cruising 🫶
Our national parks are a true American treasure.
Hello Ben and David. Loved this! Great to start with a good breakfast but that sausage and gravy was not served properly! Oh my... Anyway, great seeing the volcanoes. Crazy that you were just there before the eruption. Love the french restaurant but yes, they charge for the pkg and then again if you want specific foods. Not right, it's like a triple charge. Thank you for taking us along. Love you both, thanks for sharing this adventure with some amazing people ❤❤
Hi there! We're glad you enjoyed the vlog and the breakfast adventure. It's always interesting to try different foods and experience new places. As for the French restaurant, we agree that the double charge can be a bit frustrating. We appreciate your support and love having you join us on our adventures. Thank you for your kind words! ❤️❤️
@@Cruisewith I am sorry to have to add that Royal Caribbean and Holland America, for example, have done the same kind of pricing recently. Last year, there was no lobster-night on the Rotterdam, for instance.....anyone wanting lobster had to pay for it period. Even worse to me was that there were items that were a surcharge in the specialty restaurants even after paying a fee for the restaurant! Royal Caribbean does retain the free-lobster-per-guest one night of each cruise, but it is a very small portion, and any other night of the cruise, it is an extra charge....and that is not the only menu-item with a surcharge.
Thanks for being you, you too! Hawaii would be an exciting place to live full of natures' fury and beauty
As usual, you always make everything look better just by being you!❤🎉☮️🍀
Great video guys!!!
its outrageous
I ate at Le Bistro twice on the Norwegian Pearl. It was definitely worth the upcharge.
Now I’m hungry for lamb chops.
Enjoy your cruise boys.
Awwe she’s erupting right now!
Looks truly amazing ❤
Darlings! I loved this video vacay! The escargot with bread dipped in butter…mmm!!
Cheers, darling, and stay absolutely fabulous!
"The goat cheese wasn't bad, I couldn't really taste it"😂😂😂 Fun video, now I was to go to Hawaii again but crusing!!@
Glad you had fun watching our video! Hawaii is amazing, and cruising there is even better. The scenery, food, and the whole cruise experience make it unforgettable. Hope you get to go on a Hawaii cruise soon! Enjoy the beautiful islands and have a fantastic time! 🚢🌺
Glad you enjoyed HI. My hubby and I used to live on Big Island. Such a beautiful island, black sand, green sand, lava rocks, and rain forest all on one island. Love it!
One of my favorite cruises ever was round-trip from LA to Hawaii on Princess. We had to tender in to Lahaina in Maui though. We also took Four Winds to Molokini but the snorkeling wasn't that good because the water was murky that day.
Another time we were on the Big Island & the lava on Kilauea was flowing. We were able to walk right up to it as that form of lava moves very slowly. The wind was unbelievable as the rising heat from the lava pulled air in from the ocean. On the cruise, the ship pulled in at night by where the lava was flowing like waterfalls into the ocean. A beautiful sight. The captain turned the ship around so both sides got the view. Anyone thinking of a Hawaii cruise definitely needs to go!
PS The original Jurassic Park was filmed on Kauai. The cast & crew got trapped there by devastating Hurricane Iniki. There's documentary here on UA-cam about it.
Sounds like you've had some incredible experiences in Hawaii! ! 🌺🚢
Great content! Thanks for showing us some great sights!
The scenery is incomparable! Thank you for the video.
I love you guys and parodeejay ❤❤❤ so happy to see you all doing excursions together
LOVE seeing my favorite YT stars in one video :)
Alright Ben! A southern breakfast! Woot woot! Scones n sauce is the best 😂
Julie Andrews on a pogo stick?!! Omg Im keeping that one! lmao
Sounds like a lovely time :) glad you had a wonderful day :)
We did this cruise! I love Hawaii🥰🥰🛳
I was last in Hawaii in the '90's. Thanks to your videos I now want to cruise the islands. Thanks guys great video
Ben had the best zingers in this one! We always wonder what he's going to come up with next!
Omg, you guys are hilarious! The humor was on point this video! 😂❤
You guys are so honest and open with your cruises, thanks for giving us loads of ideas for our own cruise videos!! We love watching your adventures and ya know what, we'd LOVE to cruise with you one day... think we'd get along just great ;)
Hey guys. Happy Sunday and happy Father’s Day to the fathers in your life. Oh my. A volcano. Look at the steam holes. Thank you. Good to know not an accessible area for challenged mobility. In terms of bringing liquids on board; QUESTION. IF alcohol is purchased ? They would just take it on entry and return it on the last evening for packing, yes??? Love escargot. Get it on every cruise. French onion soup and goat cheese balls 😋. Sorry the Dover a little dry but at least tasty. Unique looking desserts. Thanks for sharing. Have a great week and see you next week.
Ben and David I love love love your videos!!! They are so informative but also so much fun to watch! And your latest videos from Hawaii and Alaska are great and you inspired me to look up for a cruise to Hawaii in the future!!! 😊
I love the chocolate dessert at Le Bistro. It’s one of the best things I have ever eaten.
Ben you absolutely crack me up!!! I love the two of you….I wish you were my brothers! Lol
David does love his French Onion Soup! I wish you chaps would talk about the Spa and Shopping Facilities on the cruises you go on.. though I do love all the food, dining and shore excursions!! I'm glad to see David is doing more of his little sayings again. Great job guys.. very entertaining! :-)
I absolutely love your commentary. What a great trip!
Thanks so much!
Once again you have made me see Hawaii in an exciting new way. I have been to the Big Island 20+ times and I have never been to the volcano national park. I will be there for three weeks next February and that will definitely be on my to do list. My son and his family were on the same snorkeling adventure yesterday on Maui…..the best!
That's fantastic to hear! It's never too late to explore new places, even in destinations you've visited multiple times. Including the Volcanoes National Park in your upcoming trip sounds like a great plan. I
Fab video! X
As soon as you showed a shot of the breakfast menu I knew David was going to order the Avocado wrap lol. 😂 love you guys!! Treat yourself!
As Elaine Paige and Barbara Dixon said.... I know him so well.
Le Bistró is my favorite. So yummy!
So cool! That park reminds me of Yellowstone. I was absolutely gobsmacked by how otherworldly it seemed.
We have some pretty great National Parks here in the US.
David your hat is everything! Love it…”who doesn’t love a wet tube?”
David & Ben 😂 you brighten my day. Ben is a hoot! Thanks for your honest reviews. Love watching you both.
Aoha. Have an amazing sailing. Have an amazing weekend.
Legitimately playing outfit Bingo with Ben’s tee-shirts in this one 😆 I can hear Ben saying ‘more polos than a bag of… well, Polos’ 😆
I'm sure you will see his full wardrobe through this series
Julie Andrews on a pogo stick! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Im going to have to stop watching while eating my dinner as I've nearly choked laughing at these amazing guys a few times this week again, its like watching a modern day Carry on film, oooh err missus. Love these guys and look forward to Sundays and new episodes
We're delighted to bring laughter to your evenings! We strive to create entertaining content that brightens your day.
This was awesome ❤
I never did that when we went to Maui. We did the early morning sunrise on Haleakala which was amazing if you go back again you should do that it was like heavens door
‘Who doesn’t love a hot tube’ 😂😂😂
Lovely video! I truly enjoyed it.
Thank you so much!
As Poms who now live in Queensland, Hawaii is like a second home to us. Go there frequently. Glad you guys enjoyed so much. Come to Oz and NZ and be blown away. Love your videos, especially food reviews
Thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that Hawaii feels like a second home to you and that you enjoy our videos, particularly the food reviews. We would absolutely love to visit Australia and New Zealand in the future and explore the stunning landscapes and culinary delights they have to offer. It's always exciting to discover new destinations and share our experiences with our audience. Thank you for your suggestion, and we hope to make it Down Under someday!
Love you guys ! You make us laugh 😂♥️
Thank you! 😄❤️
That was incredibly you left just in time.
Great video ❤❤❤❤
Love it but there is no way I would walk around an active volcano. Thanks for the tour beautiful.
We completely understand! Walking around an active volcano can be a thrilling and adventurous experience, but it's not for everyone. We're glad you enjoyed the tour from the comfort of your screen. Thank you for watching and supporting our content! 🌋😊❤️
No need to visit Hawaii solely for a volcano history and experience just visit Timanfaya in Lanzarote it's breathtakingly awesome.
Thanks for the tours, I was there for 3 days years ago. I didn’t get to see any of what you did, hopefully I’ll get to go again for longer. Maybe take a cruise for the first time 🙏, looking forward to next weeks video / tours 😊🌹
You're welcome! It's great to hear that you enjoyed the tours and that they brought back memories of your previous visit. Hopefully, you'll have the opportunity to return and explore more of the beautiful destinations in the future. T . 🚢😊🌹
Those pier walkers were unbothered, eh?
Great vlog, Ben & David!🥰
Yes! Thank you!
Wow your all so lucky you wherent there when it didn’t erupt. Your very lucky. It wouldn’t be the first time people off a cruise ship where impacted due to a volcano !! 😢😢😢
Great video. I live oin Rotorua NZ which is geothermic, lots of hot pools, strange when you see stean coming out of the road in places. I am from the UK and it toom a while to get used to the smell. Keep up the good work love you two.
Thank you so much for your kind words! Geothermal areas must be fascinating in Rotorua. It's amazing how different places have their unique charms. We're glad you're enjoying our content. Love to you too! Happy Cruising! ♨️🌍🚢
Great video 😮 wow the volcano erupts just after you left thank goodness you were not visiting at time 😱
Hope not too much damage . Sure was very very steamy while you were there .
Beautiful road trip plenty to see 😜.
Have a Good weekend 🥰
Thank you for your comment! We're relieved that we weren't visiting when the volcano erupted. It's always important to prioritize safety. We hope that any damage caused by the eruption is minimal and that everyone in the area remains safe. Yes, it was definitely steamy while we were there! The road trip was indeed beautiful and filled with lots of sights to see. We appreciate your well wishes and hope you have a fantastic weekend as well! Take care! 🌋🚗😊
Thanks for sharing guys. This makes us want to go to Hawaii. Cereal Killer and Shamazeballs made me laugh pretty good haha! We haven't sailed on Norwegian yet and honestly a little turned off by the nickel and diming. Anyway, it's always great to see your adventures.
Cheers from Aron and Andrea, the couple you met in Capilano and who ended up talking with you guys for a 1/2 hour...haha!
Your sound quality is always great. Where do you hide your mics and what do you use. Keep up with the awesome content.
David I knew you would go for the avocado and egg wrap.
Haha, you know me well! Can't resist that delicious combination 😄🥑🍳
My favourite smashed ago with pouched egg on toast.
If you love volcanic action you guys will have to come a do a cruise in NZ!
Great video, can't wait to see the rest of the series. One small correction...if you have the drink package, you can bring on as much wine as you like at embarkation without a corkage fee. Some have also brought wine back from ports to enjoy onboard but other alcohol purchased on land will be taken and given back to you on the last night of the cruise. Just like buying duty free on board all ships.
Thanks for watching and sharing the correction! That's good to know about the drink package and bringing wine onboard without a corkage fee. It's always great to have those details clarified. Appreciate your support and hope you enjoy the rest of the series! Cheers! 🍹🌟
Julie😂Andrews😂on😂a😂bloomin’😂pogo😂stick
Back in 2018 my sister and I took a Royal Caribbean cruise from Honolulu to Vancouver, specifically to visit the Volcanoes National Park. Well…the very day we set sail, Kilauea erupted, the park was closed, and we never even stopped at Hilo. Guess we’ll just have to go back again!
That must have been disappointing, but it's a great reason to plan another trip to Hawaii and visit the Volcanoes National Park. Nature can be unpredictable, but it's also what makes these destinations so fascinating. Hopefully, on your next visit, you'll have the opportunity to explore the park and witness its incredible beauty firsthand. Safe travels!
😂u guy's are funny😅❤ it
First trip to Hawaii in 2016 on Carnival Miracle. We could see the orange glow of the lava flowing down into the ocean. Amazing! Saw the Volcano National Park between eruptions and on our second trip there in 2020 we stood where you were. We could not go to that little museum from our first trip....too dangerous...crazy
Wow, witnessing the lava flowing into the ocean must have been incredible! It's amazing how the landscape changes over time. Stay safe and keep exploring!
@@Cruisewith thank you. We will. We are going back to Hawaii in February 2024 and hope to get back to the volcano and see the changes from the latest eruption. Nature is something, isn't it! So enjoy you and your shows.
First :) can’t wait to visit Hawaii
The chickens all got loose when Hurricane Iniki struck the islands. It is hysterical to see them running around KFC parking lots!! 😂
That volcano actually erupted today !
I would like to order David`s dinner please! (I`ve just eaten a sandwich lol)! That volcano was crazy, and I was thinking I just saw pics recently of it erupting, so I got goosebumps when you inserted the footage; wow!!! Great video as always, and always love the food reviews!
We're glad you enjoyed the video! We appreciate your support and love sharing our food experiences with you. Thank you for watching and joining us on our adventures! 🌋🍽️
Think you guys need to go to Yellellowstone! You would love it. Planning a Hawaii trip next March, but not on a cruise. Can’t wait. Thanks for your fun videos.
We'd love to visit . As for your upcoming Hawaii trip, that sounds amazing too! March is a great time to explore the islands. We hope you have a fantastic time and create unforgettable memories. Thank you for your kind words and for being a part of our community. Enjoy your travels! 🌲🌋🌺
If you ever get the chance do the climb up to the crater of Mount Vesuvius in Italy. We were staying in Sorrento and did a coach tour to Pompeii followed by Vesuvius. It is amazing, views are fantastic, you can see where the lava flowed and the crater itself is just Wow, it also felt quite creepy because it seemed unaturably quiet. Definitely a bucket list adventure x
That sounds like an incredible experience!
t's experiences like these that create lasting memories and a sense of wonder.
Can't decide if the guy in the blue shirt behind Ben in the bistro was annoyed at the filming or just wanted to be on camera 😂
Great video. It's our first cruise in August. I can't wait.
Good job, Ben and David. We did the cruise on NCL's Pride of America. Our kids could not get enough time off from work for other cruises which were 12 days or more. Pride of America was seven days. It is an older ship and like many they had staffing shortages. The upsell is constant on the ship, while good service is not. The food and service was much superior in the specialty dining venues. If you do enough research, you are better off renting a car and driving to the sites than paying 150-500 per person through a tour company...unless you drive the Road to Hana-that will age you with switchbacks and one lane roads. The beauty of the islands make up for any shortcomings of NCL, but Pride of America needs to get on its A-game because for now they are on the bench only. Musts include Haleakala Park, Waimea Canyon, Kilauea, and anything dealing with waterfalls or lava tubes. Yes, you also must do a luau if you have never seen one-otherwise, if you have seen one, you have seen them all (and for almost 200 per person).
OMG! I'm a Texan and I've never seen sausage links on biscuits and gravy. Ground pork sausage is browned, sprinkle with flour, then add milk. We also don't put tomatoes on top of it.
You lucky you got to see the volcano it was closed when we went in Jan ..
When we go snorkeling in Hawaii we stop and buy a bag of frozen peas. The fish will come right up and eat them from you. A local gave us that tip years ago.
Thanks for the tip!
