I was at this show, what a beautiful NYC summer night. Aurora was Aurora, and that was more than enough for everyone. I'm an old atheist but sharing space with Aurora is always a spiritual experience that you can sense others are sharing with you. Sub Urban opened up.
Thanks, I really enjoyed living vicariously through you guys for this concert! Even on your recording, she sounded great, as always. You probably know this by now, but Aurora was featured on the Sub Urban song "Paramour," and they made a very cool video for it. I still don't know a lot of his stuff, but I love that song/video. The copyright for "Happy Birthday" was finally expired a few years ago, so that's no longer an issue (I doubt it would be for a live performance anyway). She famously (amongst fans) sang Happy Birthday for a fan a few years ago, and there's a great video of it: ua-cam.com/video/cBJkTScye0M/v-deo.html Regarding your discussion about live "mistakes," I'm reminded of an interview with Tuomas Holopainen of Nightwish, where he said he used to really stress over the live performances, worrying about getting everything perfect. But eventually he realized that a missed note, or something out of key, was part of what makes a live performance, and it should be embraced instead of stressed over (paraphrasing).
... you must remember that Aurora is norwegian ... and in norwegian is " show" a bit over the topp ... the right word would be " consert" for us norwegian. Velkommen til denne konserten ... But thanks for this - nice to see were she is around the world.
Trying to find the Nidarosdomen videos at 34:10 but no luck? Are they not published? Would love to see your reaction to Through the Eyes of a Child performed at that cathedral :)
Okay, I see this and no other original comments from you, I see replies to comments from you, but as original, this is it. YT is being extremely difficult. harrump.😍🥰
I left a message on Discord, but I thought I should put it here as well. This video should contain a Flash Warning. People who are sensitive to flashing lights could have seizures triggered by them.
I don't disagree, but I feel like that's so common in concerts these days, it almost goes without saying. A warning is great, but those in danger should probably be cautious when viewing any concert footage, whether there's a warning or not.
@@DayleSongThank you, Dayle! Much appreciated. Alex and I both have sensitive eyes and it hurt our eyes to watch and several of our DD Family members experience seizures, so I just wanted to look out for everyone. We wanted to suggest, in the future, that you put the warning at the beginning of the video, just in case, because not everyone clicks on the description.
This is the weirdest review I’ve ever seen of an extraordinary artist. I just don’t think you guys fit in Aurora’s magical world. You sound like New York City boys. Enough said.

I attended this concert -- wonderful performance by AURORA! No one else like her!
Thank you guys. Your reaction was like Aurora is - wonderful.
I loved this, thank you. I absolutely love her live performances and the fact that every time she performs Running with the Wolves live it is epic!

Looks like a fun concert. Next time could you please put a flashing light warning on the video?
Was the guy with the baby O. Martin? The one with the guitar at nobel peace prize concert? I know he was a part of her start in NO
I can't believe how much people were talking loudly during the entire show. Rude.

Please be mindful of your audience and things like that.
They have a warning 👍
@@lillm6874 Thank you, Lill M -- We added it after Alex and Carie recommended it. Thanks, all, for looking out for everyone's sensitivities!
