- In today's church service, Ndindi Nyoro addressed the ongoing rift between President William Ruto and Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua more candidly. Speaking in a mixture of his local Kikuyu dialect and English, Nyoro expressed frustration over the growing public narrative about tensions between the two leaders. He clarified that the media and political opponents are fueling rumors to destabilize the Kenya Kwanza government.
Nyoro emphasized that both the President and his Deputy are aligned on their vision for the country, especially in delivering on the government's development agenda. He urged supporters not to be swayed by speculation and reassured the congregation that the unity between Ruto and Gachagua remains intact. His speech was aimed at quelling fears within the Mount Kenya region and among Kenya Kwanza supporters, emphasizing loyalty and trust in the leadership.
