I'm going to be staying at Shell House while on exchange in a couple of months. Room selection is in a few days - anything I should know before choosing a room? Is living on the fourth floor a pain with all the stairs?

You can check online what their gpa average is for specific departments! I had to have a 85% average from grade 12 high school to enrol/be guaranteed a spot in the faculty of Communication.
No unfortunately the printer does not come with the room! I bought the printer at London Drugs, which is really close to the Burnaby campus, for only $40-$50!
I'm 17 now, I'm about to studying in Simon Fraser College next semester, and I will take UTP course to exchange to College when I'm 19. Do you think it's alright or people take this course are hard to exchange to college? thank you and sorry for my bad english

Don't they give you an attached bath or rest room?
No private washrooms. There is a toilet and 4 sink bathroom, which about 12-15 people share!

Showers are also separate, there are 2 of them shared among the 12-15 people in each section! Some floors even have a bath tub.
