Baked Ricotta Florentine
INGREDIENTS
olive oil spray extra virgin
¼ cup fresh spinach, chopped fine
2 tablespoon minced sun-dried tomatoes or sub marinara
8 oz. Reduced fat ricotta cheese
½ cup shredded far free mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheeese
Mix all ingredient’s except for marinara if you opt to use that instead of tomatoes. Add favorite italian seasoning. If you use marinara add to the top of each ramekin. Top with a little more fat free mozzarella. Cover each ramekin and refrigerate ip to a week. Heat on high for 1 to 2 minutes in the microwave and let cool a minute before eating.

Also that’s a lot of weight to lose before hand!! 180 ain’t too far away. Remember that dieting is a long game. Biggest change is to drink mainly water and to not snack! One thing at a time and it will become a habit soon enough.

CONGRATULATIONS and thank you for sharing your journey. I never knew how tough it was to lose weight until everything I tried didn't work or only worked for a short amount of time. I write this as I walk on my treadmill still trying to lose the weight.

Big hug from Bangkok. It is so proud and inspiring to be able to experience this with you. I am also considered big size bear LGBTQ. I am also in my own journey of weight control too. As i will lead bear group parade during Songkran fest. And feel not so confident about that ^^ i am also pulling my husband to work out with me too. And it become new activity together. Hope you are doing well and keep up the good work. I also love cruise and hope one day i can retrace some of your cruise journey too.

I've mostly been the one having surgery but I may have issued threats when my husband was talking about a cosmetic surgery which may or may not be related to nerves.
Also also, my husband is a pacer, too.
