I trained with Ken for a number of years. He is an amazing trainer! All of these exercises were a part of our daily warm-up. I was in my 60's when I trained with him - it was transformative.

i love it...only one thing...are you sure is a good idea to do those rolling on the spine with the knees on the chest? McGill suggest to avoid these kind of exercises.

I think a few "egg rolls" don't really qualify as too much flexion? If you are worried, just leave it out.
