- Worst Update Ever! Will this update lead to kids getting addicted to gambling at a young age? I know there is so much betting in sports like football, basketball and baseball but this update can be getting kids ready for that. What do you guys think?

Nah. He got a right and a point. Ever since they added the shadow update in 2.0, gamefam has had their game pay to win. And this the exact reason the game is dying. Gamefam made the skins 200 robux each. Spins premium, 500 robux. THE UGCS ARE UP TO 1k AT TIMES. Gamefam has been doing this for literally 2 years now. They know that they game is popular and as long as they are making money, they dont care anymore.
This is stupidly wrong, they know what there doing but they are too greedy about it and just want the dough, this isn’t getting any better it’s getting worse, they really need to stop…..I have a friend that really wanted the skins and he never gets it and he is trying his hardest but it’s still no luck….I hope this gets fixed and I hope my friend doesn’t gamble…..

Quick fix tho they could have made a casino night zone as a world and you could use red star rings for a chance to get the skins that could’ve fixed the update

I did gamble before and I was so glad I didn’t get the bad one but I still want to do it, I almost did it a lot but I held it in and warned people about it, thank you for trying to keep people safe

@@DarKou731 you can't "win" in sonic speed simulator. There will be always be updates every week for you to grind again and again. And with the ffs, they are just money hungry. And can you make a game better than sonic speed simulator? Exactly, you can't.
To be honest just give us a Doctor eggman skin because people would rather get a Doctor eggman update then this update
They do have to make money but not like this if you wanted to add new skins just to a regular scavenger hunt instead of this

Many F2P players already quit and might not come back because of this update though. They should make up for it asap if they don't want even more F2P players to quit.

Sega made the Sonic Runners mobile game themselves a few years ago, which had awful gambling and monetization in it. So they're totally ok with this kind of stuff.

@@LefShowtime763 yeah but I don't think they changed their mentality since then. I think it got even worse actually with the diferent game editions, newsletter stuff and preorder stuff they're releasing for the recent console titles. Also I'm not a huge fan of the Apple exclusive games either.
Sonic speed simulator is probably gonna lose likes if they keep doing this the gamefan is gonna look back at this in regrets

Yeah Sonic always has had gambling in it in some shape or form. There's a red line which shouldn't be crossed though. I think that's when the skins have really low chance to be gotten for all the players like they did with this egg event. The slot machines in the console Sonic games are totally ok in my opinion since you only get score bonuses and rings from them.
I made my own video on this gamfam is promoting gambling to kids terrible.

Thankfully we have actual official Sonic games on consoles. Sadly, they aren't free but at least they don't have gambling this bad in them (the only gambling in console Sonic games is the slot machines which only give or take rings from you usually which isn't as bad to be honest).
