As well as watching if there is a difference on muscle imbalances if SI pain arises from romanian or regular deadlift, split squat, etc to know how to address the same pain but caused by different exercises
The irony of some of these videos is that Personal Trainers really need to be covered under extended medical. My Physio Therapist is great, but my Personal Trainer is brilliant! These videos show why my warm-up and cool down routine is built the way it is by my Personal Trainer.

@@jojcaac5488 find chiropractic really helpful with my serious cervical spine and occiput issues. obviously it's not going to be the right treatment for something like this
I'm so glad I found your channel I feel like I could start to help my leg pains instead of just hearing it's Shin splints over activity or under activity.
Barefoot running is the only thing that addressed my shin splints. Look into it, minimalist shoes, and learn to ice massage regularly with frozen ice cup blocks from feet to knees before and after workouts. I cured my Plantar Fasciaitis, torn insteps, stress fractures in my feet, shin splints, and arthritic ACLs by taking this approach. It went away gradually just like it came.
A chiro is who did this to me. I'm always in pain and it never goes away. I cry myself to sleep every night. I'm 27. I wish I could visit you but I live in Australia
This helped me immensely!!! Same issue exactly in my right SI after a day of heavy lifting. Had disc bulges in L4-L5 and S-1 but injection from PMR revealed it was sacroiliac. This helped so much in ONE DAY.
I have eds aka hypermobility so SI joint pain is my norm. I would check for her because she seems to be really struggling with her posture and this is usually happens with people with eds because they struggle with proprioception. I do similar exercises when my hips sublux and I start to feel pain in my hips, knees and ankle and they make a world of a difference
It's exactly what I am feeling too. I have a slight bulging disk too, that when both pains are in action led my to run and see a doctor, and MRI was made. By doing these i actually got a lot better.
Omg I had SI joint agony after birthing an 11lb baby and the chiropractor fixed it through manipulation… which made the left SI joint start acting up and manipulation isn’t helping. I’ll try these exercises 👍
I thought chiropracty was pretty good until my chiropractor went full MLM, and then I met someone who introduced me to core exercises for back pain relief.
Oddly I had exactly the same spot pain. (Iam59 yrs) However, it shifted from r to L and back to R. This was over the course of 3 - 6 months. I tried everything including IMS and glute med strengthening. It wasn’t until I noticed after doing a horse stance with my 6year old daughter that the pain went away. It stays away as long as I do a 1-2 min horse stance every day. I can’t really create a rationalization for this. Was wondering if any other medical professionals might have a theory of dysfunction. Slightly unstable on r hip w/ single leg kettlebell deadlifts.
I’m dealing with the same issue and two chiros have made it worse.. if laying flat, I can’t extend my right leg straight out without extreme pain in the hip.
In defense of chiropractors, they are manipulators, good ones give you advice on how to correct the problem. I found one that does this and see only him when I need adjustment (I tweak my back every now and then, if I built up my core strength….I wouldn’t have the problem)
Can u do this instability stretch only exercices ( with no weights of course!) If u have herniated l5 - S1 disk, and l4 l5 bulged disk. I just started : xdr9000 Pemf and sound wave machines. Mu right feet( toes) is 20% numb 24/7. Thx !
Should stretching post workout be avoided when a person lacks stability? Can the stretching make the muscle unstable again if a person has just started working on their stability? And if stretching should be avoided is it safe to not stretch post workout?
Is this the cause of one knee being higher than the other when you're squatting. I saw she had the same issue I have with that and I wonder if it's because of the si joint
Doctors are a huge scam these days especially in western countries where the only people who can afford to be accepted to top universities have parents who pay for them to have better grades this is why the best doctors are often the worst- finding a good doctor in the 21st century is like finding a good contractor or car salesman and these problems are even worse with doctors of fake sciences like chiropractors and radiologists
@@fatmunch6318 I agree. 5 minute doctor's appointments just don't cut it because they never get to the root cause with that amount of time as well as misdiagnosis.
My SI joint pain switches from one side to the other. I'd love to see this for someone who hasn't been exercising for a while due to the SI issue. I hesitate to do squats because I've done them before and can't walk by night time without extreme pain. I'll try the clamshells and lateral kicks. I hope that it works!
Si joint pain is the pits. Would really appreciate more videos on this especially for people who have a little less mobility. 🥰

Pure ignorance.

Yeah we know, they are the most famous pts on the intranet, lol.
Pure gold. He helped me to realize some of my wrong moving patterns causing pain. THANK YOU!

Makes me wonder what imbalances I’ve got that are going unnoticed..
That's why it's a good idea to intermittently record yourself & then assess your form...unless you have someone with a trained eye to observe you
Thanks for talking about this! Often, the strengthing part of this problem is overlooked.

I have a same problem SI joint pain and bulging disk too. Im trying to figure out how to get that pain away. I have been suffering form 8 years
God lead me here. Good stuff.
you can tell me what you want but i have to say the same here . ALL GLORY to THE LORD be blessed my sibling in CHRIST in JESUS name i pray
I had the same thing. Another exercise that helped was good mornings and single leg kickstand RDL
My entire life was changed after I knew this channel.
Wow...been looking for something like for the past two years!!! Damn hope this helps me!!!
I'm the same, but also have groin tightness not sure if it's connected

Thank you ❤

I have a similar pain. Ima try this out. I have noticed when squatting if I really focus on my form it usually doesn’t bother me.
Mine is caused by repetitive motion of golf swing. But I don’t want to give up golf 🤷🏼♂️…any suggestion appreciated.

So it's more about getting the right muscles to activate/fire vs strengthing them

@squatuniversity: thoughts on the SI bands to aid in rehabbing the joints/tendons?
What about the abductor machine?
Lord, have mercy
i think i need to buy a band
Make sure to buy the kind that doesnt break
This one fixed me👍
what about squat training? Can I do deadlift exercises when my SI joint is problematic?
how can I find someone like you to help me in my local area?
Look for a Chek practitioner
If our chiro is only doing manipulations where should we go to get this treatment
What kind of doctor is this? I need to find one in my area.
How can I arrange for a video call session 😢

You know what would fix her pain? The Larry Nasser pelvic floor adjustment
So, if its the right SI joint that we are targetting the right leg should be the one that is lower during the clamshells?

Regress to regular or supine clamshell.

I have the same problem how many times should i do it in a day to fix this
Its called strengthen the gluteus medius!
I swear I think this is the same issue I’m having. Does it appear she has a slight hip shift left in the hole?
Lucky if it's just hip pain. Mine is so bad it radiates into my feet and my ass is numb. It's not lumbar confirmed by two surgeons 😭

Wait...only a year?!
I've been living with it for about 7 years at this point. Is that bad? 😅
I wish I could see him irl cz I've been having knee cap problems and everyone keeps saying my knee is fine 😩

Which type of band loop did she use?
Would the hip abductor machine be compriable
Was it weakened gluteus medius/minimus?
How can you save this? Good info, I'd like to save it

So, solution dor all pain and instability is resistance band use ?!!😂
I’m detecting a pattern 😂
She may need to reduce the thicc to relieve stress on the joint.
Nah dont do that
My mom is built like that naturally and doesn’t have this problem while I do.
Donk.
I gyat to meet Brittany
Well glutes look really strong
i like this its a combination of pt and chiropractics
