yep! i write whatever comes into my mind at that moment lol sometimes i even write things like “i don’t know what to say right now”

i don’t think there’s a specific way to journal. this is how i enjoy it. some people sketch and put flowers instead of scraps of paper and pictures. do whatever makes you happy! the process of making it is more important than the result.

I don’t get it. Is it about the decision or the color, because it just doesn’t make sense to me.
this is the colour palette i prefer to use. it’s not about the colours or the photos or the writing. it’s about how i feel during the process. i started journaling when i was going through a lot of bad stuff and it helped me clear my mind and focus on something else. it’s kind of therapeutic for me. i don’t think it has to make sense :’) i just enjoy creating
