umm no... this would take me around 10 hours to do my yard with just 4 gumball trees, raking is faster. I literally have around 800-1000 gumballs out there just from those trees.
3 years late replying; totally agree... add pine trees and a pin oak/water oak that makes little tiny leaves that suck to rake up and I despise fall..... Does a yard sweeper work on sweet gum balls?
Agreed, not a good solution for sweet gum balls as many are smaller than the gaps in the tool and also many are 1/2 way depressed in the ground. I usually don’t wait for hundreds on the ground to make raking efficient. I find a pooper scooper and wheel barrow works best. Then I burn them in a pile just for the satisfaction😊
THANKS A SOLUTION TO THIS,WITHOUT THE USE OF CHEMICAL/HORMONE TREATMENTS !!!!!! BLESS YOU! YOU HAVE RESTORED MY FAITH IN HUMANITY !!!!!

I bought one. This does not work at all for sweet gum balls. Not trying to troll but it doesn't work.
same. even when I get it to work by pushing down harder, it's a pain to get them back out. especially when I have hundreds of the things
@@wheelerthreeyou ever heard of a rake?
How bout a shovel?
How bout using them together ?😂😊
@@B_HarTz yeah, but it's not 1873 anymore, surely there's something automated I can get, lol
