The story behind the Rhiw Goch dates back through the 12C. The grade II listed building goes through families, MP's, Lords, Ministry of defence, King James and so much more. The heritage of the site is amazing, importance to keep the building alive and moving it forward has become my own personal goal and ambition and luckily my wife loves the idea as well.
I saw the building at the end of our summer holiday 2022, visited the site then got the owner's number and agreed on a value for the wrecks of buildings, random land ownership and the story for us then begins. I want to educate you on the history of the site, the layout, steps and plans I have for the venue and some of the most amazing sunsets and weather I have seen. purchase complete in November moved in December 2022 and kids into school and major works begin.
We want to have some areas open in 2023, this will include camping holiday let and lodges but more will be coming as work progresses you can see this and track the progression of Man and Family Vs the Derelict Wreck, financial issues and rules around the redevelopment of this site.
