For every holiday party, my mom makes a big batch of her famous macaroni salad. Everyone loves it and requests to take extras home for "ba-on" or yummy leftovers. Here's my mom's recipe!

I will personally attest that this is extremely delicious!!! One of the best macaroni salads I've ever had. I tried it for the first time in 2005 and it was made by a Filipino friend. I've had it w/ regular mayo and w/ Miracle Whip. Miracle Whip is the only way to go!! It does make a difference!!

My mom (philipina) always added small cubes of cheddar cheese but less pineapple. Soo good!🙂
