i saw someone do it on tiktok they put the mock up and put what they want then tell the menufacture what they want with it like puff n stuff
you just find a manufacturer online ( I recommend over seas) and just send them the mock up, they'll give you a price, negotiate it down with them, and then yeah they'll give u the shipping time

Yes pictures do have copyrights i would look into it, but for the most part if you edit the picture so it doesnt even look exactly like the one you took they cant sue
