yo bro just order a few samples and make 8 tik tok accounts posting the same tik toks promoting your hoodies and have them all linked to the same IG account and build up traction for 2 months and then run them as a pre order method.
im only 17 but will turn 18 on may 16.. first thing im doing is finally opening a shopify account so i can start selling cheap y2k inspired shirts and start my way up to hoodies, beanies, shorts, etc. really apperciate this video bro 💯

Can u do a video on how to get your design put on your hoodie, meaning do we just send our logo to the manufacturer and they take care of it from there or do we have to have the our clothing designs/ Mocks pre-made and then send them to the manufacturer
I'd suggest getting very familiar with Photoshop. Creating mockups, digital ads, SM content/banners/profile pics, etc. is something you can do yourself easily and professionally when familiar with Photoshop. If you're just wanting to tell a manu where to put the logo, I have a friend who used to cut pieces of paper, lay them on a hoodie/shirt on the floor and take a photo of where he wants everything to be placed. I'd def recommend Photoshop though.
