- Having a MAJOR surgery like a TT + BBL is tough!!! Sleeping is one of the main daily challenges patients face when recovering. In this video you will see suggested tips to try when it comes to sleeping.
PLEASE REMEMBER....Sleeping will most likely SUCK there's just no way around that. Nothing will feel like how you slept before surgery. Let's try to make it suck as less as possible. If your surgeon DID NOT inject fat to your hips another option is to lie on your sides, but still try to put as little stress on your incision as possible.

Where can I order
I’ve been on my stomach right after surgery and was told not to be hunched over at all. I think kneeling over is best during the day and alter between that and laying on your stomach at night.
It’s ok to lay on your stomach? I’m getting surgery Monday so I’m looking at ways to sleep
@@lorenamungia1103 hi. Yes. I’ve been on it since I woke up from surgery. Just place soft pillows underneath and you’ll be ok. The straightener you walk, the better. I would recommend you buy a massage table with a hole in it to sleep on that sometimes. It’s very helpful Bec. Your neck will hurt over time. And have small pillows Bec the big regular ones can be difficult to position to sleep. I hope all goes well for you!!!!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I wouldn't sleep in it. I would just use it when your really tired of being on your stomach. Its pretty good at holding air in it.

So you run a recovery house in Chicago? I was told they don't have one. How do I get the information? I will be having my surgery in July in Chicago, i would love to stay at a recovery house.

@rouztv773 yes very terrible chair. My boyfriend put pillows inside so I wouldn't sink all the way down😂 but it didn't work for me

Yes, I put a pillow underneath and try having a gap btw the legs when sitting in it. Unfortunately, BBL sitting options are limited on the market :(
