Meet Your Empowerment Teacher
Olivia Reiman is the founder of SimplyOli, host of the podcast Simply Happy with SimplyOli, and author of Back To Happy, Break The Chain, and The Opportunity Journal. She received her BFA in Photography and has certifications in hypnotherapy, reiki energy healing, and is currently working on her NLP practitioner certification.
After living through nearly a decade of darkness with bipolar, anxiety, and depression (what she calls the B.A.D.), and not having years of medication and therapy provide the freedom she was hoping for, she set out to overcome “the impossible” on her own through an empowered path, and succeeded. Along with navigating life experiences like trauma, addiction, miscarriages, multiple hearing disabilities, marginalization being a woman / witch / stay at home mother, and more - she refuses to let any circumstance stand in her way.
Olivia knows first hand how vital strengthening our self empowerment is to living a happy and healthy life. It’s now her mission to inspire, empower, and teach more people how to take more ownership of their lives from the inside out. She believes we can all live more self empowered through mental, emotional, and energetic mastery - leading to happier lives, stronger communities, and better mental health for more people.

there was soo much hair on the floor, did you give it to a chairty or was it all thrown away? its a big change, are you use to the breeze on your neck? it was really brave, was you nervous having your haircut?

Wow a great major change. You look great and a pity it was not quite as long as what you wanted it will soon grow into that. The hairdresser must have had a field day doing that. Some subtle highlights would finish it off nicely. 🤔 We’re you not scared if the clippers being used? They frighten me!
